"Khorthall kept talking about my cinnamon rolls. Except I didn't HAVE cinnamon rolls on my menu. So to stop the confusion I've made his cinnamon rolls.
Also he tried to insist these be called Brewmaster's Bear Balls. I said no. This was our compromise."
These large cinnamon rolls are baked in a mixture of heavy whipping cream and cream liquor to keep them soft and slightly gooey. They're topped with a sweet bourbon glaze.8 copper a piece

Anki likes a lot of things. Coffee, booze, women, her mech, crafting and tinkering... These cookie sandwiches hit two of those favorite things.A choice of:

Rathoran's Apple Remedy Pastry
“An apple a day keeps the healer away." Except for Rathoran Guidepaw, renown healer within the Grizzly's and owner of the Guidepaw Restoration Clinic in Wayfarer. So for him it's more like: “An apple a day brings the healer to stay”.
Thick slices of cored apple soaked in spiced rum. Then coated in cinnamon sugar and wrapped in flaky pastry. Each is brushed with cream liqueur, dusted with more cinnamon sugar, and baked to golden perfection. Served with a small jar of spiced caramel rum drizzle.8 copper a piece

Q&A to inquiries I have gotten both ic and ooc
Q. Doesn't most of the alcohol bake out?A. Yes and no. For the parts of the bakes that go in the oven most does, yes. About 2-5% of the alcohol is left in the bakes after baking. However, all of the glazes, frostings, and sauces are NOT baked. And the wet ingredients used to make those are alcoholic (example: Bailey's instead of milk). And some of the baked bases are also brushed with booze to put more alcohol back into them. So there is definitely booze in everything.
Q. Can you actually get drunk off of these?A. You would have to eat at least a few to get a buzz, but some of the boozier ones it is possible. Like the cake that has 2 layers of unbaked booze: the whipped cream and frosting. Let me say I had a scone for breakfast before work and it had enough alcohol in it to upset my stomach for the next 3 hours because I couldn't handle it first thing in the morning.
Q. What has the least amount of booze vs the most?A. The bread has the least. The whole thing is baked and the whiskey in the bacon is mostly just flavor.
The most per the size of the bake would probably be the mini cupcakes. They're baked with tequila, then triple brushed with tequila, then the frosting is made with tequila. Wife and I made almost 50 on accident but couldn't take them to work to get rid of them because you could SMELL the tequila WAFTING off of them. Each mini cupcake probably has about a shot.
Q. Where did these recipes come from? Link?A. Wife and I made these bakes by taking 1-3 recipes and combining them while also picking them apart. And then modifying them further to suit what we wanted. The recipes we mashed together and pulled apart were found online or in one of my irl recipe books.
